Conversions

For bike conversions please contact James directly for updates on progress. Most conversions are completed and returned to you within 4 days of drop off or collection of the bike. For conversions completed on your property, allow 3-5 hours for completion.

Batteries

Standard Delivery: DHL Next Day Delivery

No deliveries on Saturday and Sunday so orders placed Friday – Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Batteries are always shipped with DHL next day delivery so there is no change in delivery time when selecting express delivery with batteries.

All Other Products

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-5 Days)

Express Delivery: FedEx or DHL Next Day Service (1-3 Days)

Standard delivery on orders below a value of £20 wont have tracking, all other orders will have a tracking number and a order value greater than £200 always requires a signature.

Additional Information

1. Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.

2. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

3. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
