Hub Motors

Hub motor conversions are the most affordable route to getting an electric bike. With much simpler hardware it means they price in around 40% cheaper than mid-drives, this simpler motor approach does mean they are able to produce only half the torque (40Nm) but that is still plenty for a commuter or road bike and hills up to around 25%. Our 250W hub motor is fully street legal in the UK. If you’re looking for some more performance whilst still staying street legal, the 250W mid-drive may be for you.
