Do you collect my bike?
We have multiple options available surrounding bike collection. The first, and cheapest option, is you drop your bike off at one of our locations in South Leicester, Nottingham or Sheffield.
If you cant drop your bike off we can also collect it and deliver it to you once the conversion is completed for an additional £30 charge.
Finally, we also offer to option of us coming to you and converting your bike at your house, this is available for £35*. You should allow 3 – 5 hours for this option.
What is included in the standard conversion installation price?
We take pride in providing comprehensive services to ensure a smooth transition to your new electric bike. Our standard conversion package includes essential maintenance tasks such as gear indexing and a brake and chain inspection. Additionally, we may recommend the replacement of old components for enhanced safety. We offer competitively priced add-ons like KMC chains, brake pads, brake cables, and cassettes to further improve your riding experience.
For mid-drive installations, our package includes the installation of essential components, including the motor, battery, crank arms, chain ring, chain guard, speed sensor, 500c display, throttle, and full cable management. We
also offer optional extras like a 5v front light (£10), gear shift sensor (£30), and brake sensors (£15) to meet your specific requirements. Should you wish us to incorporate any standard bike parts, we offer professional installation services starting from £10 per part.

Warranty Information
We stand behind the quality and durability of our motors and batteries. All products purchased from us are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty, starting from the date indicated on your invoice. If you encounter any issues during this period, please reach out to us first, and our team will provide guidance on the necessary steps to address the situation.
To ensure optimal performance, we also offer free** maintenance services for both your motor and bike for a period of 6 months. We recommend bringing your bike to one of our locations for this service. However, if you are unable to do so, please note that a call-out charge may apply.
Rest assured that our motors are built to last. With an IP65 rating for excellent resistance to dust and water ingress, we can confidently vouch for their durability. With proper maintenance, it is not uncommon for these motors to deliver exceptional performance for up to 25,000 miles.
*Callout charge is £35 within the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, outside these areas there is a charge of £0.75 a mile.
**Free maintenance only covers labour, any parts required are not included.
